The following installer packages are not supported, but are made available to assist customers.

Microsoft Windows 32-bit (Including XP, Vista, and Windows 7)

Microsoft Windows 64-bit (Including XP, Vista, and Windows 7)

Mac OS X (Windows ZIP file version) Mac OS X gzip (gzip version of file) (Both compressed files contain the same DMG of the installer, pick one.)

Linux (Redhat and Suse)

After download:

Microsoft Customers:

Run the downloaded, which will require administrative privileges.

Go to Start -> Programs -> Juniper Networks -> Network Connect 6.5.0 -> Network Connect

In the URL bar of the application that starts, enter https://sslconnect.johnshopkins.edu & press return.

Enter your LID and password where indicated.

Mac OS X:

Mount the downloaded file & follow install Network connect as an application.

Go to Finder -> Applications -> Network Connect

In the URL bar of the application that starts, enter https://sslconnect.johnshopkins.edu & press return.

Enter your LID and password where indicated.
