A CHANNEL is a pre-defined group of users to which you can send messages. These include departments, units, and more.
If you want to find a channel, click the blue SEARCH button, located near the top of the screen.
- On the search screen, begin to type the name of channel to which you'd like to send a message.
- Once you select a channel, you will be taken to the room view of that channel.
- The room view of the channel will provide a message box.
- If you're not a member of the channel, you will also see buttons that allow you to submit or reset your message, or request to join the channel.
TIP: There is an "info" panel in each room. Expand the right sidebar and you'll see the members of the channel as well as their current CORUS status.
