CORUS, the next-generation clinical communications app built by the Johns Hopkins Medicine Technology Innovation Center, is ready for your preview. We invite you to try it before we begin migration from PING to CORUS later this spring.
For urgent messages, please continue to use PING as there are a few key differences in CORUS:
- Cell phone text messages contain URLs to view the message inside of CORUS
- Messages to active CORUS users are first sent to the website by default
- If a message has been unread for 30 seconds in CORUS, a mobile notification is automatically generated
- To generate an immediate mobile notification, include "@all" or "@userid" in your message
