Most people recognize that cherries are a healthier snack option than potato chips. But what about something less obvious, such as a McDonald's fish sandwich versus their crispy chicken sandwich?  Many people can't tell which is the healthier option (the McDonald's fish sandwich is a better choice than the crispy chicken sandwich).
