Welcome to the Johns Hopkins Enterprise Exchange System

Dear User,

Your request to move from the JHEM email system to the Exchange email system has been approved.   Your new Exchange account has been provisioned and your JHEM account will be disabled in one (1) week.

There are 2 things you should do to make this transition go smoothly. 

1. Migrate your JHEM mail to your Exchange mailbox.    Please note that Calendar and Contacts items cannot be migrated from JHEM to Exchange. 

2. Change email aliases to route from JHEM to Exchange.  You may do this by logging in to the JHED portal and selecting the Email Alias Tool found under the ‘applications’ tab.    

If you are not familiar with the migration process or Email Alias Tool, we strongly encourage you to contact your Departmental LAN Support who can expedite and assist in this procedure/process.

Please keep in mind these 2 things must be completed within 7 days from the receipt of this email notice.
