A personal email account is an account that you use in association with your duties with the institution. Only the account owner (student, staff or fac. member) should have access to the account. This account is assigned to you and should not be shared. If you need a personal email account, please contact the Helpdesk at 410 955-4357.
JHEM Group Accounts are for departmental sponsored projects and recognized groups. These are stand alone accounts that are not associated with an individual, but a project, group or function. The owners (Responsible Parties) control access and can share the login ID and password. If you need a Group Account, please submit the request form.
