Performance Management

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to share with you an updated performance management policy that reflects the new performance management process used within the SuccessFactors myPerformance system.

Changes from the former policy include:

 For those areas that use competencies to meet Joint Commission requirements, a cross functional group of staff and managers worked to create a framework for identifying and verifying competencies. A facilitator’s guide for creating competencies is linked from within the policy.
