IT Service Desk

The Peabody IT Service Desk is located in the Peabody IT Office - West Tower Basement.

The IT Service Desk offers a variety of IT services, including user account maintenence, hardware support, and network service management.

Service Desk Phone Hours

  • 8:30 am – 10:00 pm Monday – Thursday
  • 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Friday
  • 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday
  • 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm Sunday

Walk-In Support

The ITS Service Desk offers walk-in IT support 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday – Friday every week all year. The ITS Service Desk is located in the West Dorm basement, adjacent to the laundry room and Plant Operations offices.

During the acadmic school year (September - May) we also welcome you to stop by our offices in the Technology Center located near Unger Lounge for walk-in IT support during the following hours:

  • 10 am - 10 pm Monday-Thursday
  • 10 am - 5 pm Friday and Saturday
  • 1 pm - 10 pm Sunday

Service Desk Self Service Portal

Members of the Peabody Community can login at the following web address using their JHED username and password (be sure to select "Win" as the domain):https://servicedesk.peabody.jhu.edu. The Service Desk-Self Service Portal makes it easy to submit and track support requests, get IT announcements, and to search the IT knowledgebase.
