The IT Help Desk is the first stop in resolving Information Technology (IT) Service Issues. Our goal is to resolve your service problems as quickly as possible. The Help Desk Agents will attempt to resolve your immediate service issue. If additional support is needed, your issue will be sent to the respective IT support team for resolution. The Help Desk operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
